That's how they always work they take full payment then give you the refund later

Hi All,

After trying the ZZ082 code earlier I decided to give the next number up a go... ZZ083 worked for me earlier.

Guessing the next sequential number should have some joy as well.

I know this, But I can see them never issuing the refund which will cause me to make some very nasty phone calls. And I dislike being nasty.
