I'm just about to do Halifax for the thousands they have robbed me of in bank charges over the past 6 years, I have the letter asking for a list of transactions and charges, just need to know whether to send it to Customer Relations or my local branch?

No question is silly!
I sent all of my letters (not Halifax) to their Head Offices or Customer Relations addresses.
Have you read the Halifax thread on CAG? That may point you in the right direction!
:heartpuls CG :heartpulsEver wonder about those people who spend £2 apiece on those little bottles of Evian water? Try spelling Evian backward.0 -

It won't get dealt with properly if you take it to your branch. You really need to register on the Consumer Action Group forums and follow their instructions. You will find the correct address for Halifax claims on there.
Good luck!0 -
