Black Ops, best price for early delivery?

Hi,

I know there is another 'code' thread but this is slightly different.

Last year I pre-ordered from Game, got a (in hindsight) above average price but got delivery 1 day earlier than the official release date.

This year it's available from Game at £44.99.

I do want it to arrive early as per last year.

Does anyone know of any other stores which would get me the game early and at a better price?

Black Ops PS3/360 £7.99 when you trade in Medal of Honor at HMV apparently. If you already have this game that is.

Shopto are selling Medal of Honor for £28.99, you could purchase this and then trade it in. Would work out about £36.98 altogether if you think it's worth it.

Can't personally vouch for this trade in though so would check in store at HMV as it could be a dud offer.

I know HMV won't deliver early from experience, if anything it came a couple of days after release.

My other half is a COD player, he had a call from game on Wednesday telling him if he wanted to get it, get it now as pre-order were selling out fast. he paid whatever it was they were selling it for and used some game points. but I know that game are pretty good and usually deliver a day early.

ill check out the hmv trade in on tuesday if it would help

or you have some patience and wait till a wek later and see if the price has been reduced

ShopTo.net generally send them out for the day before, ordered F1 2010 from them and got it on the Wednesday, released on Friday, hopefully will get COD early as well.

Just got a email from ShopTo.net saying they'll be posting it on Monday...98% of items get there the next day with Royal Mail...my !!!! do they xD.
