  • Thanks to the OP, got Sword and the stone for my daughter- one of the few disney ones she doesn't have! Was going to get G-Force as well but double checked and amazon have it for £4.99 which is cheaper so probably worth double checking other offers first

Amazon have an offer on £12.50 for 2 selected disney DVDs and the princess and the frog is included

Thankyou! Cancelled my M&S order, got the same dvds off amazon for 50p more - but I was going to have to drive a 15 mile round trip just to collect the M&S order - and prob would have spent more money whilst there lol. So def worth the extra 50p on amazon.

I would call customer service back and explain your situation and ask them as a gesture of goodwill to post them to you! I had an item that was late on my last order and they automatically sent it to me! Hope you get this resolved.
  • i had the same reply that my order had been lost/damaged i phoned customer service said i was quite happy to recieve a damanged product if they discounted some more money off they phoned my local store and it was 'lost' they said they had no more in the warehouse so couldnt send me another out. so i would have to pay the full price instore. i explained that it wasnt my fault this had happened and it was the 2nd order in a month that had got lost as my disney princess dress for my daughter also got lost in the sale and they had taken the money out of my bank account also. so they had a word with my local store and under managers words i can have it at the internet price so they have reimbused the £6 in my bank account and i can go instore fri as they have reserved one for me and pay £6 for it.

    hope this helps.
