Hiya, we sent our keys back to NR 2 weeks ago advising them were doing vol repo. I typed a letter and put our names at the bottom but didn't sign it as was advised not to. We have now received a letter from NR saying they have received our keys but cannot take possession of property as our letter was not signed. They want me to send another letter advising of vol repo with both signatures of my husband and mine - is this ok to do or should I ignore? We are going to court next week.

they will take you to court, abbey did that to us
just make sure you dont sign anything xxxx

ok type a letter today and send recorded delivery next day thing so they get it before BR (just to make sure they get it)
as long as it signed before you are BR that is fine, thats why its better for them to receive it before as well

Thanks, I forgot to say they also wanted our forwarding addressess on the letter, which kinda makes sense as they can't contact us at the moment but I'm wondering whether this will cause more hassle than it's worth, ie. home visits?! Any views?
