90% mortgages?

I was just wondering...how hard or easy is it to get a 90% mortgage?

Me and my partner have our eye on a 100,000 house and so would be looking at a mortgage (realistically) of 90%. Now just a quick visit to the Nationwide mortgage site says its possible but I cant help but wonder if the reality lives up to the internet promise.

We are both on salaries of 16,000 and are in stable full time employment. We have no other debts or payments, only £4 a month student loan repayments! No dependants.

Is it possible??
