Excellent question. I want one of these, so can you tell me how well it works after you have it all figured out?

Kenwood Potato Peeler instructions:
- Fit the rotating plate inside the bowl
- Add cold water to just cover the plate
- Place potatoes or carrots into the bowl, using no more than 3lbs
- Put bowl cover on, secure bowl on mixer
- Lower the mixer head slowly, inserting the metal pin (near where the beaters fit in) into the plastic hole on top of the rotating plate shaft.
- Turn on mixer, speed 2 or 3.
- After peeling rinse veg in water
If you can manage to get an instruction / recipe book, (they come up pretty often on ebay) they are worth their weight in gold and have instructions for all the attachments at the front of the book.
HTH!!;):happylove0 -
To clean the peeler, just seperate the parts and rinse under running water. There may be a small amount of peel left on the rough surface but not much and I haven't needed to clean mine more than that.0

And don't forget to put in your earplugs! :rotfl:

Tried it - it's fantastic!!!
And no need for earplugs nor did the machine wobble everywhere.
