Morocco 'Luxury Travel Tester' Holiday Terms and Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited and Travelzest Plc, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.

2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. Entries must be submitted via https://www.telegraph.co.uk/travelzest and entry is restricted to one per person. Late, illegible, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of dispatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a sae to Malaysia Borneo Luxury Travel Testers Winner , Telegraph Create, 111 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0DT between December 13, 2010 and January 12, 2011.

4. All entries must be received by midnight on Sunday, December 12, 2010.

5. The winners will be notified within three days of the closing date of the prize draw.

6. The prize as described is available on the date of publication.

7. One entrant will win an eight-night Morocco ‘tester’ holiday for 2 people. The prize includes:

• Return flights from UK to Marrakech

• Transportation by private vehicle to Villa Des Orangers in Marrakech

• Two-night stay at Villa Des Orangers including breakfast, lunch and non-alcoholic drinks. Includes one dinner at Villa Des Orangers during stay and one complimentary treatment at the Spa.

• Private road transfer from Marrakech to Skoura - approx. journey time: 4 - 5 hrs

• Two nights at Dar Ahlam, Skoura on an all-inclusive basis (All meals, snacks and beverages (softs, wines and alcoholic drinks) except French wines and champagne). Optional complimentary excursions: exclusive excursions by 4x4 with guide and driver; camel-back riding and traditional Moroccan cooking class.

• One night at the Dar Ahlam’s El Khiam Ahlam private desert camp on an all-inclusive basis

• One night at Dar Ahlam, Skoura on an all-inclusive basis

• Private road transfer from Skoura to Taroudant - approx. journey time: 5 - 6 hrs

• Two nights at the Gazelle d'or in Taroudant on a half-board basis

• Return transfer to Marrakech for return flight

The prize does not include food and drink other than as described above, travel insurance, personal expenditure and incidental costs other than those stated. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they have a valid passport and obtain any necessary visas and vaccinations for their trip.

8. The prize is valid for travel between January 1, 2011 and March 15, 2011 or between May 15, 2011 and July 15, 2011 or between September 10, 2011 and December 15, 2011 but excluding October 2011. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

9. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.

10. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.

11. The Telegraph is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. All other facilities connected with the provision of the prize are the responsibility of Travelzest Plc.
