hmmmm dancing...........I may have to leave OH in the hotel room as he doesn't really do dancing.
I DO THOUGH :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:well after a fashion
Oh and for those who are worried, I am seriously weird too
I am looking forward to all the different accents. I used to chat in a chat room and the first chat meet I went to I was amazed at the accents, we all sound the same on the internet :rotfl: Although saying that, I am strange (yet again) I live in Staffordshire and have a southern accent. Only lived up here 7 years, but have been told by my family that strange sounds are creeping in lol
Have not booked anywhere yet as:
1) not sure if OH is working yet or not he could book time off but seems to think that is too hard to do
2) OH seems to think it is better to book nearer the time and pick up cheap room (I will remind him of this when HE has to pay top wack lol)
Sooooo if it turns out he is working, I get train and he pays for ticket and expensive roomwhoever said laughter was the best medicine has clearly never tasted wine

JackieG My train tickets arrived yesterday
Dazi Had to :rotfl:at your post! Hope you get a reasonably priced room when you do manage to book.
I live in the Midlands but don't have a particular accent. I grew up in Devon so can go quite Oooohhh Aaarhhh me luvverrrrbut I do tend to pick up accents so sometimes sound quite 'posh' and at others people think I'm an extra in Eastenders.
Went to Dublin for a long weekend once and it took a week to lose the newly aquired accent :rotfl:Nicotine Free since 01.08.2010 :j:j:j

Hi all
I have written the book about how to be a weirdo, I am the Empress Weirdo myself (just look at my photo, it tells all! LOLOLOLOL). Dancing, I am not sure about that, but we'll see... Can I wear my pinny?
Kacie of course now I remember, sorry for not having picked up the fact that we already met! It will be good to meet again!Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -
Caterina I think dancing might be compulsory for anyone staying overnight
Does MrC dance, we'll need a man to whirl about!

Glad I never used the first one I thought of.......It's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your windowEvery worthwhile accomplishment, big or little, has its stages of drudgery and triumph; a beginning, a struggle and a victory. - Ghandi0
