ED Letter for me but not husband as yet?

Whoopie! ED letter this AM, DC 19th Oct! Still showing up as BR on insolvency website though. My husband went BR as the same time as me and we have been dealt with pretty much as one case(things sent for both of us in one envelope from the OR etc..) As my husbands letter didn't arrive this AM we phoned RTLU who said that she can see that both our petitions for consideration for ED had been sent off to the court for approval at the same time. Is it just a case that we will be receiving my husbands ED letter soon? or could there be a problem? Is there anyway of finding out? I even phoned the court and they said that they don't have computer records for the early part of the year so can't check.
Any thoughts?

  • So what do we do if he hasn't in terms of informing the OR of changes i.e if I get a pay rise next month and I'm DC, does he need to tell the OR that I have got it;as we work from a joint SOA as such?
