ahh please try not to worry...is this your full interview or just a quick call? either way you will be ok....

in the quick call they just confirmed my personal details, what account i am still using, and a few more general questions that weren't a problem to answer.

not sure what to expect, though the clerk said interview, and that OR would arrange a later one IF needed, so presume it is an interview, feels very scary though

ok, please don't worry, i know it's hard. they will call soon and it will be over. get a drink by the phone and a pen and paper so you are ready for the call. please let us know how you get on, you will be fine. it is a very very stressful day, but you're nearly done and then you can try and relax tonight.

Thanks, the call today was very short and basic, booked full phone interview for next thur, so guess we can relax til then, feels very surreal at the moment!

Well done, I can only reiterate what the others have said, as long as you are 100% honest with the OR then you will have absolutely nothing to worry about.
