Leon, that is one of the biggest concerns with financial services at present. A lot of areas of advice require a judgement call to be made. Get it right and you get no praise, get it wrong and you get sued.
Get it right and you may still get sued because some claims companies, like the dodgy Morgan Green claims company, will still try it on whilst stinging the consumer for a fee as well.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
