Only if you can prove if was mis-sold. Just as you can for any financial product. Indeed, you can put in complaints about anything. Maybe you didnt like the colour of the carpet or the weather on the day you went to the branch.....
If its monthly paid (which is the correct way) and you were eligible for cover at point of sale and you had a financial need then it was not mis-sold.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). What cover do you have and is it relevant to you.
I.e if you didn't need or want the cover and they put it on anyway then yes you may have a claim.
If however you have been paying insurance for 10 years and because neither of you has died or had a serious illness it was a waste of money and you want your money back then I would just count your blessings that you are both still alive and healthy but you will get nowhere. If you cancel the cover and have a need for it in the future you may regret doing so as it will be more expensive or may not be able to get it allI am a Mortgage Adviser

Echoing Andy here, What grounds do you have for complaint?
Also, was it sold via the branch or a broker?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
