    I would love to be able to opt-out of seeing all horror trailers on my tv/pc/internet... any suggestions?

    Dont click on them? A comp for a Saw film is obviousley going to show content.......

    I am not sure how this is a problem because I never accidentally see horror trailers on my PC though here are a few possible suggestions for you:
    Parental controls / software.
    Don't go to horror websites / enter horror competitions.
    Use Firefox with No Script - this should stop any trailers from playing without you clicking for them to do so.

    As for the TV all you can do is avoid channels / programmes / times that are likely to have horror adverts in them unless you have Sky+ or another PVR and then you can record programmes and fast forward through the adverts or stop live adverts.

    Can get annoying at times, but 99% of the time, noscript is the best thing I ever loaded to my PC!
