Hi, is anyone still waiting on their items? I ordered on 23rd November and they still haven't arrived. I paid nearly $30 as I ordered a few things for xmas pressies and am panicking now that I'm short of presents for people

I have the same problem. I ordered at the end of November and according to their lead times I should have received my items. Mine are christmas presents for all my family which is highly upsetting. Emailed support has been exceedingly poor and it was only after I ordered I realised they are in Hong Kong so post takes ages longer than the US. There are various threads on the facebook discussion forum with people in similar situations. I am trying to decide whether to do a paypoo claim.

Yeah, I can sympathise with the email support - still no relpy to either of message in the last day or so. Totally sucks cos I know how much my friends would have loved these

I haven't had mine either I'll email them tomorrow and see what happens....

Mine came today. The pictures are very blurry on them, even the pictures from their own stock.
My package had a sticker on it saying that there wasn't enough postage so had to go by land mail.

I gave 2 of my nieces theirs and they LOVED them

THEN, on Monday I got a second delivery of the 4 purses! I had previously emailed them to ask where they were so they must have sent the order again. Now each niece has 2 identical purses! Handy if they lose one I suppose
