T&C's

1. By entering the promotion, the entrant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2. This promotion is open to all residents of the UK, aged 18 and over, except for employees, any companies or agencies and families directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion.
3. Only one entry into the prize draw is permitted per person. You will not be able to enter the competition more than once.
4. All entries must be submitted before midnight on 26 November 2010.
5. Prize winners will be selected at random by 30 November from all complete entries submitted by 26 November 2010.
6. Prize winners will be notified by Cross Media Ltd on behalf of the Japan Tourism Agency. Details of how to book flights will be provided. Further information on terms and conditions relating to the ANA prize can be found here.
7. If winners do not reply within seven days of email notification, the Japan Tourism Agency and Cross Media Ltd. reserve the right to reallocate the prize to the next valid entry drawn at random.
8. Prizes are non transferable to another family member or any other named person and cannot be sold, bartered or substituted for any other prize and no cash equivalent will be offered.
9. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of cancellation.
10. The ANA prize consists of one pair of ANA economy round trip tickets to Tokyo from London. Travel must originate in London and must be completed by 15/12/2011. Ticket validity is not extendable. Further terms and conditions relating to the ANA prize can be found here.
11. Cross Media Ltd. will comply with the UK Data Protection Act 1988 with regard to the storage and disclosure or personal information. Appropriate security measures in the storage and disclosure of any personal information provided by entrants will be taken in order to prevent unauthorised access by third parties. At the end of the campaign period, Cross Media Ltd. will transfer all personal information submitted to the Japan Tourism Agency and the Japan National Tourism Organization UK Representative Office. No personal information will be passed to any other third party. The Japan Tourism Agency and the Japan National Tourism Organization may contact you via email with information and newsletters from time to time. You are able to opt out of this by selecting “No thank you” at Question 19.
