How much debt am i in ?

After 6 years a debt isnt enforcable as long as you have had no contact with the debt compnay and dont acknowledge the debt in those 6 years.
Someone with more info should be able to point you to a letter that you need to send to anyone chasing a debt over 6 years oldIf it doesnt pay rent sell it.

Hmmmm - they have been sending letters but we havent replied ( heads in the sand) but I havent made contact with them for years
Shall deffo look further into this cheers0
