Fireplaces

Looking to buy a new fireplace. Have been to several firms in the greater Belfast area, but would appreciate some advice from fellow members.

Many thanks

Is where I got mine and I thought is was good value for an excellent product and good service.
My Doctor told me that "1 out of 3 people who start smoking will eventually die." The other two apparently became immortal.

  • I got mine from "Castlestone Fireplaces" on the Albertbridge Road.
They built exactly what i wanted and were almost half the price of any other prices i got.

Oldstone Fireplaces, take a right towards Antrim at the main roundabout on the way to the International Airport, a couple of hundred yards up there on your right.
  • It would depend on what type of fireplace you are after ...I got mine a stone fireplace from fortress stone fireplaces in Carrickfergus found them hard to beat for prices!

  • I got a fireplace from Natural Stone Fireplaces in Derry. It was £500 cheaper than the same fireplace in Geddis's and they will install in Belfast.
  • As frankiegirl says, it depends on what you want, having been to every fireplace shop in the country, we ended up buying from Geddis and found them first class.
