Have a look at your delivery note and it will tell you how to return the coat and get a refund.

My red coat arrived yesterday and I am very pleased with it,it fits well and it will be lovely and warm if the weather gets colder.Thanks again OP :T

Mine arrived today. Dispatch email at 00.31 this morning, delivered at 10.33 - and I live in the extreme south west of Wales. I didn't think anyone delivered that fast, especially to here.I haven't opened it yet, so I can't say whether it fits. I too bought brown as I hate blue, and didn't fancy red, hope I haven't made a mistake there.

Mine arrived yesterday and so fast. I'm thrilled with it..ordered a size 14 (I'm usually 12-14) and it's just right. (navy with green fleecy hood lining)
Has 4 outside pockets and 2 inside too. The hood is quite small, which is perfect for my with my small head! Has a double 2-way zip, (as well as velcro fastened placket).
Seems to be very well made.

Just wanted to say massive thanks to op for this find. I ordered the brown and I have to admit its not the most flattering jacket (im a big girl) but my god this jacket is so warm. This is the best £20 i have ever spend. I have been looking to buy a jacket for weeks and they have been so thin for so much money, Im so grateful for this website and the members. Pat on back everybody!!
