I think it was really poorly handled and I won't be shopping at Goddiva in the future! If they knew their website couldn't cope with the traffic and they were specifically trying to reward existing customers rather than target new customers, they could have applied a discount to existing accounts to be used within, say, a week. I'm sure that would have achieved the desired effect - as it stands, I think this promotion has really backfired.

I spoke to someone today and was told my dress would not be honoured despite being told yesterday it would be, was offered the discount....told them to shove it!

Well my dress should have arrived today as I had next day delivery, it is still at pending fulfillment. I don't think they will be sending any out whether checkout was completed or not!

I read somewhere that due to the amount of custom the delivery would be delayed by a couple or 3 days can't find it now!

Also Goddiva have mentioned on their facebook page that pending fulfilment means the dress is ready to be dispatched. HTH hun

Lets hope so! Its my dress for xmas day lol.

The women on the phone said 600 orders were done and that all dresses on the 3p range were all sold out

I called them late yesterday afternoon and explained the situation with my dress in basket, they rang me back today and confirmed that my dress is on its way!!

Can't ask for more than that, i know their sale was a bit of a nightmare but well worth it in the end - where else could i get a dress for 3p?

It's been pending fulfillment since the moment I ordered an money is still pending? Thanks for the info.. heres hoping

I wont get my hopes up, I'm not to worried over 3p mind easy come easy go.
