How do i become bankraupt, where do i begin?
Is it just a case of ringing the county court to begin?

Just out of interest really but I wasn't asked if I had taken advice (I had through CCCS although they didn't propose BR at this point)
I was just wondering if it's a kind of best practice thing that they should do?

Some do some dont...some may not even see a judge...its JUST incase they do ask otherwise they could refuse the petition if they think its rightWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -
Thanks philnicandamy. You're right, I didn't see a judge. I actually wish I had taken more advice; BR is the right choice for me but it might have helped me worry less. The boards were an enormous help though!!! :j0
