Just wondered where I stand?
Basically I ordered my gran a laptop sunday evening, it arrived yesterday, ive just checked the website and theyve knocked £50 off the price. Really annoyed to say the least. I know its not the retailers fault but my god its a pain.
There website states "Where you have changed your mind you can return the item unopened within 10 days....."
Is it likely if we ask that we might get them to refund the difference?, surely that is easier than us returning it and rebuying again.

As you say, you can ask, they might say yes.
Also you could reject it under DSR and reorder at the reduced price, you could mention that you will do this if they won't agree to drop the price, however you may be liable for return P&P IF they told you so before delivery, they must refund original delivery costs under DSR.
