The bulls aren`t coming out to play.
They give it "the large one" when there is a scrap of HPI news, and I witness plenty of response from the bears. Now there`s a fairly sustained amount of -HPI, the bulls have gone quiet.
That`s the worst aspect of house price falls, there`s no McLavish, Snivelly or Ghouls to play with.

Funny I though the GDP thread seemed to be the exact opposite.;)
Perhaps people have got better things to do than argue how much house prices have stagnated in 2010.
