Firstly-
I AM NOT COMPLAINING
I bought three items, from this diy chain,and at the time they had 30% off.I recently returned two as colours were not suitable.They tried to give me the full money back.I explained that was too much money and I only needed £8 approx back not £12.I left them to sort it out while I did a bit of browsing.When I returned,another assistant tried to give me £12 back again,again I explained blah blah blah.They then said they were happy for me to have the full amount.Thanks from a richer but confused customer.Money saving at its best.
