Flannel Reindeer Poem/Tag

I made loads of these to sell, amongst other things, at the school Christmas Fair, and have been asked to do them again. The only thing I cannot find is the poem that I had printed to make tags for them. I know that it came from here, but can't find it at all. Can anyone help?
