No it's not guaranteed yet. Look at my previous post. I got the same email saying processing. And then after a few minutes got one saying 'unable to fulfil'. Look next to your parcel ref, at order status. It should say there what's happening so far

If like me you've ordered something else which you would have had to buy anyway it's still been a worthwhile glitch if it's given free postage.

Although my Order went through initially, together with other items, I have also now received an e-mail stating that they are unable to fulfil the Order.
