Yes i know that part, thats where my problem begins, The CSA have taken an average so they say, i submitted 5 pay slips and they dis-regarded the lowest one, in which i was on a HSE so i only get a basic wage for that week.

So if i'm on a course or Safety shutdowns etc etc and i dont get my bonuses as my wages are made up from Basic wage, daily bonus and quality bonus and i dont get the last two mentioned then i still have to pay the amount the CSA say as if i did get my full wage ?

The requested amount should not be based on the highest amount either, my payments were certainly based on the average of 2 monthly slips with overtime on them.
Salary has gone down now, but I leave the payments the same to help the destitute :j
