The key with competitions is to enter plenty! If you only enter 1 or 2, and there are lots of people entering, chances are you may not win.

Also look for obscure comps that don't have many entrants or people don't know about, more chance of winning! Good luck, and don't forget to join Facebook and Twitter, tons of comps there.

Thanks, will give it a proper go, i understand it takes time and practice, so im going to give it a full 6 months of entering as many as possible and see what happens!! some of the stuff people on here have won is totally amazing!!

Do you enter many? i know you cornered the market on the walkers comp lol

I am a comper long before MSE was invented! Have been comping since I was 12, but don't have much time these days to enter as many comps as I would like, so tend to be selective, but still win quite a lot!

Have won vouchers, books, tshirts, and lots more.
Unfortunately someone has beaten me on Walkers - £150 so far!

Nothing made today but while tidying the house I found 5p in the bathroom on the floor, 10p on spare room floor and 2p on the floor in our room - was OHs, now mine. This is a regular habit of his, leaving small change in strange places
