  • OMG ! How addictive is this???? Well a great big thank you to all those who have posted ideas and your welcome messages :) . It has helped me to make the following.
Cleared out an old bag and found £5 John Lewis voucher and £8 M&S vouchers, a scratchcard with £1. I found a £2 Tesco voucher in a drawer.
Posted some items for sale on ebay and a book on Amazon. I joined Quidco and signed up from some surveys and newsletters and made £6.09 but not all tracked yet and I know some of that may not actually get paid so am not counting that yet.
So drum roll please :) ............................................................£15 so far

Hi all, £65 from paypal cleared in my account today, plus saved £10 with a voucher from Mr T last night and £10.50 came in clubcard vouchers. Didn't have any missing when I checked the link though, I knew perfectly well they are all squirreled away in my drawer but still was hoping! Sometimes being too MSE has its drawbacks!

  • Hi,

I'm hoping that it's not too late (well it is only the 10th day in :o ) for a newbie to the challenge to join you..... I'm looking to average £10 a day to start with.

I'm only going to be using some "earnings" towards this challenge, as it's only one section of a much bigger plan (well thats the idea anyway). The earnings from this challenge are being allocated to topping up my "monthly living plan".

Earnings from other things will be sent to the debt busting department, amoung others.

Today I have £4 s/card win (taking off the £1 to buy it), £19.50 net OT and £1 from an e-account I'd forgotton about. Total £24.50

I also have £78 net OT done since 1st Nov, and another £1 s/card win. Total £79

Total so far for November then £103.50

My plan for this evening is to do some eBay listings as my others have got quite a few watchers which always spurs me on

We just added OH to my car insurance and cancelled his old one as he's SORN his car (old banger) now we only need one vehicle. £15 to add him to my policy (until my renewal date in Jan) and he was paying £28 per month! £15 instead of £84 - very pleased with that. I don't add savings though so not counting it but good for 2 short phone calls

I'm pretty sure my past 2 years of work have been on the wrong tax code so hoping to sort that out tomorrow :) Thanks Martin for the tax code checker - I might be due a rebate
Not been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/155

£16.50 today! Some advice for you all:

if you have some of those sainsburys vouchers that come out of the machine when you pay, use them all in one transaction! i managed to get 11.50 off my shop doing so! i had a few of the '£4 off your next shop over £40' and used them together and it worked! woo! :D
