went to a london store last evening and the lady behind the counter looked most grumpy about having to give away a freebie - like it would go out of her pay or something. so annoying when they act like that. the body lotion (£8.50) wasn't available so she gave me the body cream with glitter (£8) instead. used it last night and don't like the smell or the texture or the glitter so will give it to my mum
