Boots 1200 points on £50 spend

I know this has already been posted - but not sure if this extra bit has. when I spoke to one of the store assistants this week they told me that if you spend £50 this Thursday, you will get the 1200 points plus you will get an extra 500 points on top of your 1200 points if you spend £50 at the next invitation evening!:j

Just spent over £50 in store this afternoon and got the extra points today. They also were offering a glass of free champagne. Had to decline as I was driving.

Does any one know if buying mobile top ups count towards the £50 spend?

When I did this a few years ago there was little stock left and I was buying things I did not really need just to make it up to the right amount.

Hamsam, it states that mobile phone top ups not eligible.
Just returned from our £50 event and DID use extra points (inc total spend 250 points) from the advantage machine so ended up with up with 2100 points on a £51 spend.

OOps forgot to mention, we got a voucher for an extra 500 points on the next evening in November

You were lucky to be able to use the total spend coupon! I went to the Trafford Centre Boots (having got coupon from another store) and the nice (trainee) SA tried to scan it but the till rejected it. The more experienced SA explained why. So then I asked if she would try the total spend coupon from the mailing and the till rejected that one too. This was at the perfume counter. I did manage to use the double points coupon though. Spent £51.50, got 208 points (presume this is the double points bit?), 1 point for bag (meanie experienced SA wouldn't let my 2nd, non-Boots, carrier bag count) and 1200 Christmas evening points. Also got the coupon for 500 points wys £50 or more at the next Christmas evening.

Now I need to compile a shopping list for the next Christmas evening!

Shame! Maybe, though, you were able to use some of the codes which have been posted on MSE?

Forgot to say that the Trafford Centre had a fair number of the Sanctuary OOTW -- would have had problems going up to £50 without that.
  • They are all sold out where I live. I must pick up my order in the morning before they sell it :p

    Don't miss out! Mine's for the SIL -- wouldn't have paid £40, but for £19, it's lovely.
