Question re CSA1 and partners details

Hi there,
I informed the CSA of a change of circumstances for me over 1 year ago (having a baby with new partner) I have been asked to supply wage details of my partner, no problem with doing any of this. I would like to know if what I have just been told by the case worker is true.....by the way I am the PWC!
She said that as I dont work, my new partners wages will not be taken into account and will therefore have no bearing on the assessment at all, its just for their records. My main issue is that I am not on tax credits anymore and the CSA have not requested our outgoings, so if they have misinformed me, the assessment due to me could be ballsed up!
Could someone enlighten me?

As the PWC with no income, your contribution to the assessment will be nil.0
