Have money and income but No Status Need Lender

My partner gained asylum and has four years leave to remain in the UK until she can apply for Citizenship or get Indefinite Leave to Remain. She wants to buy a property and has enough to put a 35% down on a £200k house. She has picked a house that we can live in and will generate about £1400 pcm rent from the additional rooms. She has been working full time for the past year earning £700 a week before tax and is a partner in setting up a new carer business. I am 65, a non dom res, so don't qualify. I have thought about setting up a Ltd company for her to use but am told it would do no good. Next move is to look for offshore lenders, who may be more businesslike in their thinking, any suggestions or help.
