Charity Christmas Cards

If the charity you want to support doesn't have a local charity shop selling cards.
I have just found this site http://www.cardsforcharity.co.uk/

Charities receive at least 81p in the pound from their card sales.

(Personalised card service is different - you have to order at least 50 and 50p per card goes to charity)

You can buy online or click "where to buy" to find out where you local shop has been set up. (A few shops are too small to carry the full range of our charities' cards and these are marked as "mini-shops". They sell two designs per charity.)

When you buy cards charity in supermarkets etc. I don't think charities get any where near 81p in the pound.

In our local Town Hall volunteer's sell these cards usually from half term (mid October) through until December. I've always bought mine from there and they are usually very good quality. If you have a library check out they aren't selling from there later in the month as libraries are another favourite place they sell from.

And beware some of the high street shops selling 'charity' card's, the charity get as little as 2p per card!

When you click "where to buy" it gives you details of libraries selling them if that is your local outlet (I don't know if they have included all).
