Refreshing a reservation help needed

Hi

I've got something on reserve but won't be able to pick it up before the reservation finishes. Does anyone know if it's possible to extend the reservation or renew it? If I have to renew, what time do I have to do it?

Thanks!

Reservations are reset after closing time of the store you reserved at. They go back into stock and are available to reserve again to collect in store, if that item was the last one left you will have to keep checking so that you will be first to reserve.
  • yeah ring up the store and they can extend it for you

when you reserve something instore (or online/over the phone for that matter) the computer willl keep it for you for a set period which is 48 hours, or two business days.

if you make your reservation in store but cannot make it within that 48 hour period to collect your goods, you can always ask the sales assistant to extend the reservation for you there and then, before you even leave the store

Give the store a call on - 0845 1657 *** (*** being the store number from the back of the cat)
They can extend the reservation for up to (i think it's upto 10 days or so) only takes them around 30 secs to do if you get someone who knows what they are doing!
