what to make with broccoli, roast pork?

I have broccoli (lots + fresh), about 100g of leftover roast pork
I also have spices herbs, some mature cheddar cheese, lots of parmesan and mozzarella, onion, tinned toms etc ( most store cupboard ingredients in tinned cannelini beans etc)
anyone any good ideas.
pref with coeliac son in mind - ie not gluten ( but i do have means of thickening , ie rice flour)
I have his gluten free pasta also,
any ideas gratefully received. feeling a bit down today and cant think str aight:eek: :eek:

thanks for that. I've done
broccoli in cheese sauce with the added roast pork - (there wasnt as much pork as I thought ) with mushrooms and cannelini beans.
were also having roast sweet potato wedges
dont know what it'll be like but worth a try.:eek:

it went down a storm - was lovely especially with the canelini beans. def making that again.
ate sweet potato wedges separately - they dont go with it.
didnt add custard!!!lol

I got some broccoli in my veg box today
The organic stuff tastes so much better, my kids even asked for 'more stalks please' last time we had it.
It is nice with noodles (you could use rice noodles) spring onions and prawns or diced chicken, bit of soy sauce and ginger.Member no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:
