Hi,
I have swapped Mortgage provider, and I have been sent what appears to be the deeds to the house??
I have now the entire history of the house.
I thought you only got this 'when' you have outright ownership of the property? NO outstanding Mortgage.
any thoughts why I have been sent them.
never asked for them!

Not all lenders want to hold onto the title deeds. The mortgage will still be registered at the Land Registry so you are out of luck.0
