90% ltv remortgage

I am currently looking to remortgage and have a LTV of slightly less than 90%, there seem to be a few products about but are hard to find.
Can anyone help?
We are currently on 4.95% and I am happy to go with a tracker at present as doubt I can beat that with a fixed rate.
Does anyone know of any mortgages with fee free deals which match the above?

only 5.49 fix for 2 years, they are not doing trackers above 75% ltv at present.0
