There are many places to buy ink cartridges from so its worth shopping around. For the last couple of years i've brought my cartridges from internet-ink as they have a 10% discount of there inks when you come back. However there are plenty of decent companies out there that usually offer delivery within 3 days so it's worth checking them all out, such as cartridge save or printer inks they seem to have decent sites. If you want when looking for an ink cartridge for your printer i find that 3 searches work.
1. Ink cartridge / Toner cartridge depending on your preference
2. 'The name of your ink cartridge' (for your printer, ie 'T0711' or 'Epson T0711)
3. The name of your printer (ie SX2300)
The search results always come up with a host of decent companies and check that they have a decent security with the site. hope this helps :-)Every Little helps :rotfl:0 -
Ebay is usually cheapest for our inks.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0

Phoenix Inks, are really good I have been using them for years, the ink is very good, I have just recieved 4 sets of six colours all the cartridges are chipped and the whole lot came to £24.00, just my black ink in PC World, costs more than that.0

Buytech.co.uk have some pretty decent deals now and again on compatible ink cartridges.0

Aftermarket inks damaged the jets on my Epson.
I went back to OE and the printing quality improved.
Not cheap, but imo worth buying the proper stuff.
That or just do it at work!0 -
Or the library. for a computer printout - A4 black & white can cost between 10p - 20p & A4 colour can cost around £1. Well they do in our library anyway and might work out even cheaper for some than actually buying a printer. The only thing is having your own printer is very convenient.0

Bus fare £1.20 each way. When the PC was waiting for a replacement part I ended up doing this 3 times a week as my library is so busy with teenage kids they limit adult time to 1 hour so it cost me £7.20 a week in bus fares. Each page is 10p and I printed at least 4 pages each day I went in costing me £1.20 a week. The coffee isn't free so that cost me 79p per day. £2.37 a week. That's if I stick to just 1 drink. If I'm in town I may as well do a bit of shopping...spending more... So the total weekly cost was £10.77 for a total annual cost of £560Lugh_Chronain wrote: »Or the library. for a computer printout - A4 black & white can cost between 10p - 20p & A4 colour can cost around £1. Or...I could buy a computer (£399) and a printer/scanner/copier (£60) pay for broadband monthly (£22pcm) buy new inks (£4) and a ream of paper (£2) monthly for a total annual cost of £795. The second year cost is only £336.
For an additional cost of £11 over the 2 years I'd rather not use the library and work on my own laptop from home for unlimited 24 hour access to the internet and being able to print on demand.
For example yesterday I had 1 hour notice to print a voucher and use it. The library was closed at 5pm I would have missed it and I would have missed using the voucher. That voucher saved me over £100.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.
