Thankyou, I'll certainly look into that, though I do need a lender who will accept most, if not all the benefits.
Does anyone else have any advice on where is the best place to start looking for a suitable broker that may be able to help (or even a specific reccommendation). I know a whole of market broker is probably the best start, but how do you choose from the countless ones out there?
