    The course started and ended in 2001 (not a good course).

    I've had advice elsewhere that HMRC contact my employers, rather than the other way around.


    You need to TELL your employer that you are eligible for the deductions and the employer must then take them.

    The onus is on YOU to make sure that the employer does this.

    Trust me - I've had 4 jobs since I've been paying SLC deductions :)
