  • Yep ive used them several times the last time being about a month ago,
    never had any problems.
  • Have just phoned the number on the confirmation email and its dead - doesnt look good :(
  • Oh dear that dosnt look good does it!
Hopefully you will be able to claim your money back thru paypal
  • I am in the same boat! I ordered some boots on 15th October, paid by Visa debit card. They didnt fit so I sent them back according to the instructions on their website, they arrived at their office on Monday and were signed for. They now haven't refunded me, emails are bouncing back and the phone line and website are dead!
    What can we do??

Were they over £100? you could try your credit card company but not sure how they work with paypal and if it destroys any claims.

Maybe try paypal- what have you got to lose. If they have gone bust then paypal may know bt it could be that they are on half term and have a sceleton staff rosta and are not able to reply to emails/inbox full or they are based in the USA where they have Thanksgiving I think and again its a holiday over there. I'd also try consumer direct to see if they have any advice on what your rights are and if there are any things you could try.

Failing all that (and I'd say as a last resort as they will probably need to see you have tried everything else first) try the police. If they are a UK based company and are continuing to take money without sending out goods yet promising to do so, I'd say this comes pretty close to theft by deception and needs to be stopped.
