Many thanks for posting this, as someone with a visually impared relative I have seen similar watches for sale for £40+ in the past.
  • Hi CompingQueen
I hope I didn't offend you. Of course you must buy what you want, I just had an opinion.

[STRIKE]I think it's quite good for young children who can't tell the time.[/STRIKE] Hold on. No I don't! If you're learning to tell the time you'll be able to read the numbers. And that's all it's going to do for you. Hearing "The time is eleven thirteen" isn't any more helpful than reading "11:13".

I think it's quite a cool, cheap gadget for, say, a 10 year old boy. But only if you're buying other stuff and already paying postage.

Useful for someone with sight problems (though I'd like to think you can get nicer ones than this and someone with sight problems would deserve a bit more spent on their watch).

Maybe a vaguely amusing Secret Santa present for the works Christmas do.

But other than that I'm not convinced. Especially as it says it is unisex - can you really imagine a woman wearing that?

Does anyone else see the problem here?
  • Yes, that's why I received an emal saying I can only have the one and my money would be retiurned.
