I have received a similar e-mail from wiggle, as they have me on their database.

    Going slightly off-track here...

I ordered a pair of trekking socks from them around November, last year. I received automated responses e.g. order confirmation, despatch etc. However, no goods arrived and after 3 weeks of waiting - I sent them an email. They replied back and said the goods had been despatched 2 weeks earlier?! I asked for the proof of delivery - as their ordering process states that they send everything via Recorded Delivery. They did not provide any proof and their final response was that the goods had been 'lost' in the post and I will recieve a refund - very very strange! The whole process took 5-6weeks!!

I am tempted to fill out this 'survey' - just to let them know I will not be buying anything from them, in the foreseeable future...

Wiggle are spot on I've never had any problems whatso ever and i use them a heck of a lot, they are very fast with delivery...free post and they do refunds with no questions asked as long as the kit is in unused condition.

I highly recommend them, you must have just caught them on a reall bad day

simoni - I was stating my experience of the service, or rather the lack of it! They also had ample opportunity to correct the mistake.

However, I wish that they had got it right, as some products I want to buy are only offered through their site. But, as they say - once bitten...

What I want to say is there is a minimum spend, which is 25 pounds.

    Anyway, thanks!

If you go to wiggle you can fill in a 30 second questionnaire and they will give you a voucher for £5 off a £25 spend. Theoreticaly, if you had a number of different email addresses, you could get a few of these codes! The codes expire after 14 days.
Good value for all fellow mountainbiking fans :-)

    Hi there
Wiggle were running a survey recently that gave £5 off a £25 spend. I completed the survey, but my voucher expired yesterday, and I want to order some stuff today! Does anyone have a wiggle voucher that they dont need that they could PM to me? I will say a big thankyou to that person! :D
