On Monday I bought some things in Lidl, still have them in the fridge and am anxious that I must use them up soon before they go funny
Cauliflower
Broccolli
Mushrooms - (no use by date)
Peppers - yellow,green,red
What could I make with them.
Im tempted with badexamples Cauliflower Cheese, but it doesnt take care of the other items.
I also have some Carrots & Potatoes which are fine anyway.
Got any tips anyone?

Just follow MBE's recipe but add the other veg items you have. Veg and pasta bake. If you dont use all the peppers dice them up and put them in the freezer.0

Blanch brocolli and put in freezer for another day - make mushroom soup and freeze it and roast the peppers and put into freezer for a pasta and roast pepper sauce - put in tomatoes too if you have any and roast them too. Or roast the peppers and chargrill the mushrooms and make up couscous and add to it for lovely cous cous salad.Saving in my terramundi pot £2, £1 and 50p just for me! :j0

if you have a blender, broccoli and cauliflour soup is great, (and I hate them both)
fry up an onion, bung in the broccoli and cauliflour, fill up with water and milk, add a splash of lemon(to stop the colour dissapearing) add 2 tatties cut up (leave the skins on) cook up blitz really really well add salt and pepper and a dollop or creme fraiche/cream on the top. HTH0 -
Why not put them all in a vegetable curry and freeze anything you don't need for later?0

Make a cheese sauce and pour over the lot mixed with cooked pasta...bake in oven then grill top with extra cheese0

You only need to chop the mushrooms small to make mushroom soup - dont need to use a blenderSaving in my terramundi pot £2, £1 and 50p just for me! :j0
