On the 28/7/10 we purchased a three piece suite from m&s at the time they had an offer on of 20 percent in vouchers with in ten days of delivery The suite was delivered on the 10/9/10 and so far after 8 telephone calls we have still not received the vouchers we have been told there is a backlog, they had problems with the printer, they are in the post am i nthe only one having these problems or has anyonr else had the same problem
