I bought these, and they came in a green box with Bendaroos on the box looked great but ended up with my niece getting 2 lots so I ebayed mine, and had them removed by the Bendaroo manufaturers because they were fake and the box did not have a CE mark. so be warned if they come in a bright green box with Bendaroos written across the top check for the CE to see if they are fake or not. see link for same box on amazon these are the fake ones.

these look great!
would they be alright for my 10yr old daughter, who makes loads of stuff!!

I was about worried about these as I saw from miss-piggins post that they are possibly fake, but they look and feel like the real thing and are cheaper. Mine arrived today and I got them out to have alook - they look and feel like the real thing and as my daughter is 9 they'll be fine. I'd probably hesitate before giving them to a younger child though.
redroo555 I thinkyourten year old would love them. I bought them for my 9 year old who had them on her christmas list, but I bet her 12 year old sister will be playing with them too, and more than likely me as well!!0 -
Hi
Why would you hesitate about giving them to a younger child ?
I'd been considering getting some of these for my daughter's 5th Birthday as she loves making things and painting.
Thanks

Only because they don't have a CE mark, but I've just had a good look at the packaging and it says Conforms to ASTM D-4236. Googled it and found this http://www.creativityforkids.com/faqs/faq_detail.aspx?detid=B0489F39062747088996BBF728EC3F60 so take back what I said, I think these are just an american import, and I bet your 5 year old will love them.0
