Hi, I have paid my loan with the above company and they are sending me offers of loans though the post and by phone, and even the caller is asking me if i want another loan, how can i stop them totally any help is gratefully recieved

When they next call ask them to remove your name, address and telephone number from their records, as you're not interested in any more loans.
The letters are easily filed in the bin

I would write out to them recorded so you have a record of it and advise them that you wish them to remove your details from their database, not contact you again and if they don't comply with this then you will be reporting them to ICO for breach of data protection.0
