The prices seem too good to be true, for example the men's Nuptse down jacket for around £80 (RRP £150).

I doubt you will get your money back
If you paid over £100 via credit card or by Visa debt you may have some chance but normally you will have to put it down to experinceHi, I bought of this site and my jacket is not real! Gutted! Paid just under £100 but credit card company said if I show proof of posting it back to the company (receipt from post office) and the email with confirmed order and payment, I should get my money back, well less what it costs to post back to China!0

Have you had a look at Go Outdoors there are stores and online access various brands of genuine outdoor gear. Also do a discount card for a few pounds.0

i ordered from them and cancelled when i got an e mail back in very bad english wording , e mail was from colun smith!!!!!!!, he also said i would get a refund when the manager was back in the office, ha ha, so anyone be warned this is a con website selling fake goods.0 -
