Been lurking for a while - so thought i'd say Hi.
My OH and i have been working to a budget for a while, but i'm always surprised why my money doesnt always last to the end of the month - so as suggested i'm making a note of where every penny goes this month....
So today will be NSD - except i'm going to the hairdressers at lunch time - but it's already budgeted for - so yey!
So far this month i've spent about 35% of my monthly spending money.0 -
I'm having probably the biggest spending day of my life!
SO far have spent nearly £600, but by the end of the day I should have spend anywhere up to £2000:eek:
I AM a DFW - but let me explain...
I'm just starting my new business and am buying my stock - I've got funding from various sources which I'm paying back at a good rate
It's nice to just spend all that money (it's fun stuff too!) and not feel guilty! I've got to start this business to get out the deep hole i'm in. It's the best idea i've had - I have to tell people that you don't have to be rich to start your own biz, there are people out there willing to help!
I'm so chuffed, it's not long til my launch date - I hope it goes well:think: I'm getting nervous now!
Good luck with not spending too much - I wish I was spending £2000 on myself though:p

Hi Moozie - is wednesday now your official 'day off'
Definite no spend today - my wife has the car and I am staying in looking for jobs on the internet.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

[trying to encourage my unborn son to make his arrival! ]
I have 4 kids and the best way to start them off is to remember what got you pregnant in the first place and do that!!!!!
( dont want to be rude and I know that being so pregnant you may not feel like it but it really does work)
good luck with baby
